Terms and Conditions

1. What Draychain credits are

Draychain credits are units of value that can be used inside the Draychain platform. They are not a cryptocurrency, a blockchain token, a security, or an investment, and they do not represent ownership in Draychain or any other entity.

Credits are used instead of cash to pay for Draygo services, which are planned to include toll payments, overweight permits, GPS tracking, paid features on the Draygo platform and chassis rental. A service can only be paid for with credits once it is live; the services available to you are shown on the Services page and in your account.

2. Price of credits

Credits are sold at $1 = 1 credit. Some packages include bonus credits on top of that amount; bonus credits are shown on the package before you buy.

3. Purchases

You buy credits by choosing a package, reviewing the total (including any fees and taxes shown), and paying through a payment method we offer. Credits are added to your balance only after the payment is confirmed. Redirecting you to a success page does not add credits.

4. Your balance

• Your balance is recorded in our ledger. Every change appears as an entry with a date and description.
• A balance cannot go below zero.
• Errors in the ledger are corrected by new entries, not by editing history.

5. Using credits for services

• Each service shows its price in credits before you confirm.
• When you confirm, the credits are deducted from your balance and the charge is recorded in your credit history.
• You cannot confirm a charge for more credits than you hold.

6. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secret. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
