Short answers to the questions we hear most. For anything else, contact support.
Draychain credits are the payment credits for Draygo services. You buy them once and use them instead of cash for tolls, overweight permits, GPS tracking, the Draygo platform and other drayage services. They are not a cryptocurrency, a token, a security or an investment.
$1 = 1 credit. A $40 package gives you 40 credits. Some packages add bonus credits on top, and any fees or taxes are shown before you pay.
Toll payments, overweight permits, GPS tracking, paid features on the Draygo platform and chassis rental. More Draygo services will accept credits over time. Each service's status is shown on the Services page.
Each service shows its price in credits before you confirm. Because $1 = 1 credit, a $25 charge costs 25 credits. When you confirm, the credits are deducted and the charge appears in your credit history.
Yes. Credits are not tied to a single service. The same balance covers tolls, permits, tracking and platform features as each service goes live.
You can buy credits today. Spending them is switched on service by service; until a service is live, your credits stay safely in your balance and nothing is deducted.
Choose a credit package, review the total, and pay with a supported method. Credits are added to your balance after the payment is confirmed.
Once the payment provider confirms your payment. Reaching the success page is not enough: if the payment is not confirmed, no credits are added.
No. Credits can only be spent up to the amount in your balance.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Automatic refunds are not available yet, so contact support with your purchase reference.
Credit use, transfer and expiry rules are set out in our Terms and Conditions, which you accept before you buy.
Card details are entered only on the payment provider's secure page. Draychain never receives or stores them.
